Terms & Conditions

All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation through our online checkout.

Bookings are confirmed once payment is received and you receive a PASS-XXXXXXXX confirmation number.

Guests (non-Tuckahoe members) are welcome and pay an additional 18% guest fee per session.

You may cancel a booking online up until the cancellation cutoff window listed for that clinic (typically 24 hours before start time).

On-time cancellations are issued a credit code equal to the amount paid. Credits can be applied to any future PASS Academy booking and expire 12 months from issue.

Late cancellations (inside the cutoff window) and no-shows are not eligible for credit. Please contact PASS Academy directly if there is an exceptional circumstance.

Clinics with fewer than 3 confirmed players 24 hours before start time may be cancelled at the coach's discretion.

If we cancel a clinic for low headcount, you will be offered the choice between: (a) a full credit for use on any other PASS Academy booking, or (b) a one-click switch to another open session of the same program.

Outdoor clinics may be moved indoors, rescheduled, or cancelled for weather. We make the call as early as we reasonably can and email all confirmed players.

Weather cancellations issue a full credit for the affected session.

Summer Live Ball is capped at 7 players per coach with a waitlist of 7. If the waitlist fills, the session automatically expands to a 2-court / 2-coach format and all waitlisted players are promoted to confirmed.

Advanced Doubles is offered to competitive teams on a request basis. After you submit your team information and preferred times, Coach Z will contact you to finalize scheduling and payment.

Submitting a request does not constitute a confirmed booking.

Coaches may occasionally capture short video clips for player feedback. Footage is not shared publicly without your explicit consent.

All players are expected to play with sportsmanship and respect for coaches, partners, and other players. The coach reserves the right to ask any player whose conduct disrupts the clinic to leave without refund.
